At Houster Choice, we take pride in offering you quality products. However, we understand that products may sometimes need to be returned due to manufacturer defects, or shipping errors. Below are the guidelines to follow should a return be needed.
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To request an RMA#, you can contact us by phone at:
Returned items must be unused, with no missing parts and in resalable condition to receive credit.
Unused items and only unused items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase with no explanation needed. Upon receipt of these products, Houster Choice will then refund the credit card for the purchase amount of the products returned (excluding restocking fee). Original shipping costs, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the return is due to the fault of Houster Choice request, we will authorize a return and provide you with a paid shipping label to return the product. Once we receive notice that the returned items have been shipped back to us (determined by the package tracking number), we will ship the correct products to you at no additional cost.
Items returned not in the original packaging will not be credited. These products need to be kept in new and resalable condition. If a product is damaged due to shipping, please inform us at the time of receiving a product and provide images of the damaged packaging and/or product upon requesting an RMA#.
Once you have received an RMA#, write the RMA# on the packing slip, and on the top and side face of the box. Ship the item to:

The return of stock items is subjected to 20% of a restocking fee.
Return of non-stock items, custom products, and special orders cannot be returned for any reason. Price and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
